Drawing the elements of strategy - Using simple drawing to express abstract and complex business concepts
Doing strategy as a team - Strategy as a facilitated process, not a product. Facilitating and visualising strategy using the CASE strategy framework, plus a range of different visual templates: context (scanning and analysis), aspiration (states and storytelling), solution (systems), and execution (goals and teams)

Drawing your strategy on a page - Synthesising and turning business information into a one-page visual summary
Communicating strategy - Reinventing the dreaded ‘strategy deck’, and bringing strategy to life by blending strategy formulation with communication
Wrapping up - Final reflection, compiling the Visual Strategy Facilitation Playbook
