Willem de Bruijn is Senior Director Marketing & Business Development bij ASC. Hij vertelt: "Na drie jaar wilden we alle vijfentachtig medewerkers weer bij elkaar krijgen om elkaar (beter) te leren kennen, mensen te informeren over onze strategie en samen aan onze cultuur en belangrijke projecten te werken."

Wat vond je van de begeleiding van de retreat?
"Absoluut van hoog niveau. Illustratief is het meedenken en meewerken dat Jeroen en Joline deden, toen we het programma volledig moesten omgooien tijdens het evenement, omdat er een COVID besmetting was geconstateerd."

What crosses your mind first about how you have experienced it?
"Integration of a worldwide team in a common objective, specially with my team members. We know now the persons not only the colleagues."
On the people side, what is your most important take away?
That personalities is a key element to team work, getting to know each other more personally outside working time, strengthens the common sense of ASC mission."
On the content side, what is your harvest of the retreat?
"It was interesting to revisit our main team purpose in the organizations, we should formalize those outcomes in more structured functions. The culture cafe brought a lot of ideas about the culture, would be good to summarize all the ideas from the team. On strategy it was good to bring everybody to the same page but would be good to have it earlier an in a more interactive presentation."

Wat speelt er op wereldwijd niveau en waar staat The ASC ten op zichtte van de doelstellingen. De nieuwste ontwikkelingen en strategische beslissingen worden gedeeld.
Dan is het tijd voor cultuur en gedrag. Tijdens het interactieve world cafe wordt er geïnventariseerd, geanalyseerd en geëvalueerd.
